Going to church we are supposed to be wearing our best. How much do we spend on our best? I like going to shop at Macy’s for my clothes. I have found out that for me that is one of the appropriate places to shop where I can find a modest dress for church. The next place I would shop for a dress would be Nordstrom’s Rack where you can find expensive clothes at a moderate price. For those on a budget I found a good place to get a top and a skirt for church is Burlington Coat Factory. Where do you like to shop for your church clothes?
What I have not seen in the churches lately is women wearing hats. Is wearing hats something of the past? Do you think mini-skirts are appropriate for church? What are some of the strangest fashions you have seen in church?
I think that hats, for the most part, went out a long time ago. I remember seeing them in the 60s and then they kind of died out. Fashion in church is really up to the individual. Most people will wear what they are comfortable in. As far as miniskirts go, we see them in church every week. I'm not too keen on them myself, but it's not up to me! I just hope that we can all keep our minds on the reason why we are there.

I think the hat trend will eventually come back again. I've always heard that fashions repeat themselves. Personally, I don't like wearing hats because I think I don't look right in one. But, if a particular occasion came about and I had to wear one I would. As far as mini skirts, I'm fine with wearing those just as long as I don't see your underwear and a butt cheek. Lol...
